TERMS OF USE & SALE (English)

Products Mellifora products are handmade natural cosmetics & balms with a short shelf life (4–12 months from order date). They are shipped from Litochoro, Pieria, Greece via courier.

Delivery

  • Greece: 1–5 business days
  • Cyprus: 3–7 business days
  • European Union: 4–15 business days depending on destination country

EU Consumer Rights In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers within the EU enjoy full consumer protection, including the 14-day right of withdrawal (see Refund Policy).
