RETURN & WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Right of Withdrawal (EU) In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been unsealed/opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU)
- Products with a short shelf life that have already been used
Withdrawal Process To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@mellifora.gr within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and your intention to withdraw. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us with a photo and the batch number. We will replace it immediately at no cost.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective.
