RETURN & WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Right of Withdrawal (EU) Under Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the last item of your order, without giving any reason. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been unsealed/opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU)
- Products with a short shelf life that have already been used
Withdrawal Process To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@mellifora.gr within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and your intention to withdraw. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, with the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned products.
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us with a photo and the batch number. We will replace it immediately at no cost.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective.
